Midnight đź’™ >
The sea of beryl, amethyst, and burgundy
suspends the moon tonight.
Distracting the hazy eyes that
peek over hillsides,
marking the battlefront,
watching us barely noticing.
While little performances scream for an audience
each shooting star exclaiming watch me!
One in a million stars are freed,
Free to dance, perform: their last.
This rainbow of purple- blue
attached to a shape;
white, yellow, new
carrying a
wish
to perform
like the stars
in front of me,
gleaming while fighting
their existence by Proving exact symmetry
in the chaotic attraction of two everythings.
Its light soon fades;
…the embers
resembling our lives
the part remembered
dimming lasts
forever.
